2023 OPENING DAY! March 4th at 9AM.
Silver Spur Little League kicks off the Spring 2023 season at Ernie Howlett Park in the City of Rolling Hills Estates at 9AM on Saturday March 4th. Come on out and bring the entire family. There will be food, carnival games, special guests and a flyover from the Tiger Squadron. At 3PM our SSLL Goats and SSLL Beasts play the Opening Day game. Fun for everyone at beautiful Ernie Howlett Park.

Its that time of year, time to sign up for the Spring 2023 Silver Spur season and play competitive baseball with your friends. All players are welcome. We have divisions for all levels of play and in 2023 we are playing 50/70 Majors baseball against other 50/70 leagues in SouthBay CA. This division will include 13 year old players and will have an eligible All-Star team for Little League play. Silver Spur To Host District 36 50/70 Tournament
Coming June 17, 2023, Silver Spur Little League will host the District 36 50/70 (13U) baseball tournament at Ernie Howlett Park on MORGAN FIELD. Each Little League in District 36 will compile a 50/70 All-Star team to send to the tournament, with one team leaving Ernie Howlett crowned District Champion. Be sure to mark the date in your calendars and come out to cheer on our 13U talent.
Play Fall Baseball in Palos Verdes CA with Professional Player Development Personnel...
Silver Spur Little League is launching a Fall Ball program for 2022.
The program will feature one practice a week and one game a week, with our home games played at Ryan Park, Ernie Howlett Park or Malaga Cove Field. We will play against other teams in Palos Verdes, as well as the South Bay. We plan on having special guest instructors run some practices and teach skill development.
Games will start the weekend of September 10 - 11, 2022.

Silver Spur LL is launching a Winter Baseball Academy! Full day (Lunch included) Baseball Academy for players ages 8-13. MLB pitcher Jerry Spradlin and MiLB player/CA HS Champion Coach Wil Aaron (Serra HS) are leading the work, along with a roster of former MLB and MiLB players.
Players will learn:
Infield Skills - arm angles, transitions and footwork. Youth players will be pushed with high intensity drills.
Outfield Skills - proper path to ball, ball tracking and throws.
Pitching - timing, lower half and upper half coordination, arm fitness, velocity drills and command work.
Hitting - players will work on exit velocity, contact drills and bat speed, with a focus on making good contact and engaging lower half power.
This Academy was developed to get players ready for Spring baseball try outs, allow players to feel high intensity play and prepare players to develop in 2023 with their game. Individual focus on each player.
